The obtained results denoted that these compounds were reduced undergo a single irreversible 4- electron polarographic wave in acid and neutral solutions which represent the cleavage of the N=N center to the amine stage, whereas in alkaline solution, two wave are obtained the second is 2-electron irreversible wave corresponding to the reduction ofCHO group to CH2OH. The DPP and CV data showed a single peak in solutions of pH&lt; 8, whereas three peaks are in alkaline solutions. The dissociation constants of the investigated compounds were determined by using spectrophotometric and potentiometric methods. Also the metal – ligand formation constants were determined potentiometrically and found in the order Cu˃ Co˃ Ni ˃Zn.</p> E.M. Mabrouk Kh.A.Al Omary A.S.Al- Omary E.H. The together of results obtained show that the adsorption process is favorable for a chemisorption and monolayer. Also, the adsorption process is expressed by the second order kinetic law. Thus the negative values of ΔG° and the positive values of ΔH° opt for an endothermic and spontaneous process. Also, the positive values of ΔS° indicate the increase in the randomness at the solid / liquid interface during the adsorption of the Co2+ metal ions.</p> Hamid Taouil ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 2017-09-22 2017-09-22 14 1 6033 6040 10.24297/jac.v14i1.6277 INVESTIGATION THE OLIGOMERIZATION PROCESS OF HEXENE-1 https://cirworld.com/index.php/jac/article/view/6455 <p>In article for oligomerization and alkylation processes, to obtain a useful and highly stable active catalyst, New Catalytic Complex (NCC) synthesized which is based on aluminum metal using C2H4Cl2 and this complex has shown high stability in alkylation, oligomerization processes compared to other aluminum-containing catalysts. It is difficult to regulate the molecular mass distribution of received products during oligomerization, either Intensificate the oligomerization process of olefins that is why this process take place in presence of obtaining of bimetal catalytic complex with a highly stable activity from the modification of the New Catalytic Complex(NCC) with transition metal chloride. Comparatively studied oligomerization of Hexen-1 in present of new bimetallic catalytic complex which was modified by NCC and chromium salt (NCC/CrCl3), effect of temperature, reaction time, concentration of the catalyst and the proportion of catalyst components (Al:Cr) in the process was investigated. It was determined that at the initial time (10 min) conversion hexene-1 and the yield of purposeful oil fraction were low. Increasing time, conversion rate of Hexen-1 increases and the optimal time for the process is considered as 60 minutes. In low concentrations of catalyst (0,1-0,3)&nbsp; oligomerization of hexene-1 is low but in high concentrations(&gt;1%) reaction goes with high rate, at optimal concentration 0,5% mass both the yield of oil fraction and its chemical-physical properties were high.In oligomerization process investigated&nbsp; ratio effect of catalyst components Al: Cr that was used&nbsp; Al: Cr=(4-32):1 mol.It has been revealed that oligomerization of Hexen-1, at low mol ratio of components (4:1), received yield of oligomer fraction decreases while mol ratio increases (16:1, 32:1).Studies determined that bimetallic complex at 8:1 mole has shown the maximal activity in&nbsp; oligomerization process of Hexen-1.The effect of the temperature on the oligomerization process was studied in the range of 30-60ºC, increasing the temperature up to 50 °C has a positive effect on the course of the process and despite providing complete oligomerization of hexene-1 its also providing increasing the amount of oil fractions with high viscosity. According to the researches, the optimal conditions for the oligomerization process of hexene-1 with the participation of the bimetallic catalytic complex: reaction time – 60 min., concentration of catalyst – 0,5 % by wt., mol ration of components Al:Cr = 8:1, temperature – 50 °C. In known optimal condition its possible to obtain oligomers with physical indications, characterized by narrow molecular mass distribution, by new catalytic complex that was modified by chromium salt.Such products have special importance, as low-freezing, high viscosity index qualitative engine oils.Synthesis of bimetallic catalytic complexes, with their presence in oligomerization of olefins and fractions, opens wide range perspectives in synthesis of different high-molecular compounds in industry</p> Shahla Alizade IbragimovHikmet Jamal AmirovFariz Ali AliyevFariz Ramik ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 2017-12-12 2017-12-12 14 1 6041 6045 10.24297/jac.v14i1.6455 Comparison Of Fe(II) And Fe(III)-Hydralazine Complexes, A Potentiometric And Spectrophotometric Studa https://cirworld.com/index.php/jac/article/view/6620 <p>Iron in oxidation states (+2 and +3) is very essential element for human body, and its concentration significantly altered in cardio vascular disease. So the aim of the present work is to study the interaction of Fe(II) and Fe(III) with very commonly used antihypertensive drug hydralazine through potentiometric and spectrophotometric methods. The objectives of the work is to study the stoichiometry, behavior of the complexes in aqueous solution, effect of pH and behavior of this drugs towards both oxidation states of Iron. Both methods show that hydralazine forms a stable complex with both oxidation states of the metal, but the nature of complex changes with change in pH, ligand concentration and with time span. Both methods confirms 1:2 stoichiometry for Fe(II)-Hydralazine while 1:3 for Fe(III)-Hydralazine. Stabilities of both complexes were also calculated. For Fe(II)-Hydralazine complex values of log β1 and log β2 were found to be 4.99 and&nbsp; 7.58 respectively. For Fe(III)-Hydralazine complex log β1, log β2 and log β3 values were found to be 2.74, 7.39 and 11.32 respectively. At high ligand concentration hydralazine also show reducing properties. The study suggests a strong interaction of hydralazine with iron; however the nature of interaction is different with both oxidation states of iron.</p> Saima Imad Muhammad Iqbal Shazia Nisar Shazia Ghaffar ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 2018-01-02 2018-01-02 14 1 6046 6056 Issues on Design of Piled Raft Foundation https://cirworld.com/index.php/jac/article/view/5905 <p>A piled raft foundation consists of a thick concrete slab reinforced with steel which covers the entire contact area of the structure, in which the raft is supported by a group of piles or a number of individual piles. Bending moment on raft, differential and average settlement, pile and raft geometries are the influencing parameters of the piled raft foundation system. In this paper, a detailed review has been carried out on the issues on the raft foundation design. Also, the existing design procedure was explained.</p> Padmanaban M S J Sreerambabu ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 2018-01-18 2018-01-18 14 1 6057 6061
