Although prerequisite, but these are not sufficient for excelling as individuals in the 21st century, for preparing future leaders within the nation and for expediting growth of a nation into an economic powerhouse. In our view, we need to equip students with a new extended skill set as identified by Partnership for 21st century skills (P21) so that they can apply their academic learning innovatively into new situations for overcoming day-to-today challenges in their lives and in the society. Therefore, a novel Conceptual Research Experience program was introduced at Indus World School in Indore(India), where selected secondary and higher secondary school students underwent research process and were encouraged to be creative, critically think, collaborate and communicate their research findings on a topic ranging from science and commerce to law and humanities. These students not only improved reading, writing and arithmetic abilities, but with better conceptual understanding were able to deliver an innovative solution for a practical problem and disseminate it at an international level, thus creating new opportunities for themselves and for their nation.
Sarvjeet Herald, Geo George Philip, Archna Sharma, Poulomi Ganguly ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://cirworld.com/index.php/ijrem/article/view/2152 Tue, 07 Feb 2017 06:28:22 +0000 The Factors that Influence the Acquisition of English Language by Yemeni KG2 Students https://cirworld.com/index.php/ijrem/article/view/5601 This study will investigate the internal as well as the external factors that influence the acquisition of English language by Yemeni kindergartens (KG2) students. To achieve its objectives, some different activities have been used to find out new styles to teach English language to the children at the age of 4-6 years old at three different kindergartens instruction phases. Findings show that Age and Motivation are the most important factors that affect the learning of a second language in spite of the fact that there are some other important factors, either internal or external, that affect the learning process. The approval process does not include use of the material by students. The productivity of educational products is unknown. The goal of this article is to find a way to calculate the productivity and efficiency of an educational product, to improve it in order to provide a truly effective tool. To do this, we were inspired by the book written by Professor Mario Godard (2010). We will propose ways to measure the productivity and efficiency of an educational product. Finally, we will discuss the difficulties caused by this calculation.
Judith Beaulieu, Mario Godard, François Bowen ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://cirworld.com/index.php/ijrem/article/view/6070 Tue, 16 May 2017 09:16:02 +0000 Written assignments in distance learning and communication with learners as part of the role of the lecturer in the distant education https://cirworld.com/index.php/ijrem/article/view/6432
In this paper the authors tried to underline the importance of distance learning as a means of distant education in the contemporary educational system. A literature review which explains why such a survey is very important in terms of this kind of modern learning was implemented.

A short revision of some very important past surveys around the topic of distance learning was carried out, especially in terms of the research questions and the methodological approach that past researchers used in order to dig deeper into the topic.

Finally, the results of such empirical researches were analyzed and some critical thoughts of the authors are presented.
ANDREAS KARAOULANIS, VASILIKI KOUKOUSOURI ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://cirworld.com/index.php/ijrem/article/view/6432 Mon, 13 Nov 2017 00:00:00 +0000
